Conscious sedation has been a widely used technique across the world for a number of years. The controlled administration of inhaled oxygen and nitrous oxide induces a sense of relaxation, reducing emotional charge, pain perception and anxiety, increasing the patient’s tractability and facilitating cooperation with the dentist, while maintaining protective reflexes.

Why conscious sedation?
The complexity of operations and increased invasiveness have
resulted in signifi cant lengthening of sessions and require a
new way of approaching the patient. As a result of conscious
sedation, it is possible to decrease surgical stress, increase
patient compliance and, consequently, productivity.

Master Flux PLUS is the unique conscious sedation machine
entirely researched and developed in italy. All parts are
manufactured by Tecno-Gaz and undergo scrupulous
individual inspection. To prevent the machine from having
a negative visual and psychological impact on the patient,
it has been placed in an elegant unit with the capacity to
contain the oxygen and nitrous oxide bottles and their relative
reducers and attachments. The unit is painted RAL 9002 white,
is equipped with wheels and laminated instrument tray and
has a compartment to house 5-10-14 litres gas bottles. On the
front there is a space for the fl ow control box, complete with
accessories. Master Flux Plus has passed the stability tests
laid down by directives.
