ACRYDIG polymerizing units are built with stainless steel for durability. The specially designed lid prevents steam or condensate dispersion, enabling successful polymerization in a steamy atmosphere. The tank's wide opening and size accommodate flasks.
The electronic board controls one- or two-step cycles, pre-start, auto shutoff, and display cycle progress. These features promote controlled polymerization with natural cooling to avoid resin micro-fractures from sudden cooling. Plus, a water tap on the side lets you easily drain the chamber.
The heating cycle's safety is monitored by a sensor that prevents the unit from working if the water level is too low.
ACRYDIG is available in two versions, depending on the capacity: 6 or 12 clamped flasks.
